1. About the Service

WOW Health & Longevity Coaching provides lifestyle, wellness, behaviour-change and educational coaching support. This includes health literacy, lifestyle guidance, accountability and progress review within coaching scope.

2. Coaching Is Not Medical Treatment

WOW coaching does not provide medical diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency care or replacement for qualified medical treatment.

Clients with diagnosed medical conditions should remain under appropriate medical supervision. Coaching may complement appropriate medical care, but does not replace it.

3. Assessment and Consultation

Completing the Health Assessment does not create an obligation to purchase. Assessment responses are used to understand your goals and determine an appropriate next step.

4. Coaching Engagement

Before payment, you should be informed of:

• The proposed coaching engagement
• The intended support structure
• The agreed fee
• Relevant service expectations

Specific duration, communication arrangements and review cadence may vary and are agreed during consultation or onboarding.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are communicated and agreed before payment. There is no fixed public coaching fee. The official payment link must show the amount you have already agreed to pay.

Payments should only be made through an official WOW payment channel or payment link. Payments are currently collected in INR unless otherwise expressly stated.

For the initial service launch, 100% of the agreed fee is paid before onboarding. Payment confirmation is subject to successful payment verification.

6. Service Commencement

Coaching begins only after:

• The service engagement is agreed
• The required payment is successfully verified
• Onboarding is completed

7. Client Responsibilities

As a participating client, you are responsible for:

• Providing reasonably accurate information
• Communicating relevant health considerations
• Participating in agreed actions and reviews
• Seeking qualified medical care where appropriate
• Not relying on coaching as emergency or clinical treatment

8. Results and Outcomes

Health, weight, fitness, body-composition or lifestyle outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on starting point, participation, consistency and personal circumstances.

9. Scheduling and Communication

Scheduling, communication arrangements and review cadence are confirmed as part of your coaching engagement. Please refer to the arrangements agreed with your coach.

10. Intellectual Property

Educational materials, frameworks and resources provided by WOW are for the participating client’s personal use unless otherwise authorised.

11. Respectful Use

WOW may suspend or terminate services where there is fraud, misuse, abuse, harassment or a serious violation of agreed service terms.

12. Third-Party Platforms

WOW may use authorised third-party platforms for payments, communication, CRM, webinars, learning and assessments. Their independent terms and privacy practices may also apply.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

Please review the cancellation and refund expectations before making a payment.

16. Applicable Law
